Triple Net Capital develops a new residential cluster with 120 apartments in Peetri

Triple Net Capital (through its development vehicle Sinilille Kodu OÜ) has started a development of new residential cluster in a popular Peetri borough, the fastest growing and most in-demand suburb of Tallinn. Being 10-minute drive from the centre of Tallinn, Peetri has doubled its population in past five years and continues to show the fastest growth to date.

Uus-Peetri cluster includes six 20-apartment residential buildings with two to four bedrooms in each unit. All second story apartments have balconies while ground floor apartments have private terraces.

The layout of the houses ensures that all of the buildings will have enough space and sunlight. The surroundings will be landscaped and feature cycling and pedestrian traks, green areas and a playground for children. The area also provides ample parking space for cars.
